As an Arizona Real Estate Broker, I'm always in need of contractors and I have to say that these guys are primo! There's plenty of half a** ones and not enough professional, efficient and knowledgeable ones that's for sure. I will definitely be using and recommending 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing again and again. Excellent job on answering the phone, responding quickly and for the outstanding work! Had a Navien Tankless Hot water tank installed after it leaked and had to be replaced. This time it was installed correctly! Thank you so much Howard. The before pic to the left piping was a hot mess and the after pic is clean, straight piping as it should be.

This company is top notch, truly A+ Quality in both customer service and technical skill. I called after closing time to set up an appointment to fix our furnace after another local company did not respond to follow up calls about when our faulty control board would be replaced. I spoke to someone who assured me of a phone call first thing the next morning. But instead, A Quality HVAC rep called me that same evening, first issuing an apology for not having a tech available immediately but scheduled a visit for the next day…so I had a tech in my house less than 24 hours after I called…who got my furnace working, even if it may be temporary. Manny was very professional and attentive to the issues we were experiencing with our unit. Highly recommend…I wish I called them in the first place! They treat you like family.

I’d give them 5 stars, if our brand new AC system that we spent plenty of money on, didn’t go out three times already. And, in the summer to boot. As nice as the guys are that have came to our house, it seems like after the second, third & now fourth time, they would be able to figure out what exactly is wrong and not leave us in a 83-85 degree house with two young kids. Renting a hotel room is always an option, but, it’s just money we shouldn’t have to be spending with a brand new AC unit. Super bummed out…..I know that we aren’t the only folks in the valley with AC issues, but response time is definitely not top on the list. It just seems like each time we’ve called, the “urge” to get us taken care of (even bringing a portable unit) is pretty low? just wanting to put my opinion out. Not to bash, or take away business. But, it’s just tough being happy in the summertime, with a new unit that doesn’t work ??
