Troy and his guys redesigned new ducting and installed 2 A/C units for us. We couldn't be happier! Phil and Eric did clean work, were courteous and great at communicating about when they would be here and they were always on time. No sales pressure, great communication, and great service! I recommend ACA to anyone!

I can give Certify HVAC only 5 stars, I would give more. Ulises helped me out with a project that I had in mind for quite some time. The project was completed in a breeze, no stress and everything met my expectations. Amazing service from the start, Nathan was extremely professional and very informative as of why my ac unit was not working. Was on time even asked before he arrived if we needed anything from the store due to our unit being off, who does that now and days. Nathan diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and we got our home ac working again. Very glad we finally found a reliable and honest HVAC company.

5 stars is not enough. Knowledgeable, friendly, office staff is top notch. Went out of his way to make sure we had heat overnight when our heater died. I can't say enough good things.

We had routine inspection on our HVAC unit. The repairman was knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything he was doing and very courteous.

I have been a client of Bill Warlock for over 5 years, new installation and service. This week at 114 degrees I had trouble with my AC unit and Bill came out the same day for a checkup and diagnostic. Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.

Expensive does a terrible job. Don't hire any any time

Cody, the owner, came out to our residence and replaced our 1970s era AC with a new unit. His instal team was great and extremely personable. Highly recommend.

We realized around midday that something was not right with our AC. Called Prestige and they had a tech out within 4 hours. Unfortunately he didn't have the same part (fan motor) that our unit needed but his manager (and the owner) came out around 7:30pm with the right part in hand.

After just over an hour he had the AC up and running and even gave us a pound of refrigerant free of charge as the system was low. This will undoubtedly end up saving me money in the form of electricity costs this summer.

I also appreciate the owner taking the time to walk me through what was wrong and for giving me tips on how to troubleshoot and maintain the system. Thanks!

They do AC repairs or any AC issues and they install a AC unit at my house. They're very friendly and have reasonable prices I recommend them.

We had a previous company (CR) come out in April because the AC stopped working. The tech damaged our fan and wanted to charge us $400 for a new one. Same tech also stated the bent fan will not cause any issues. $500 plus later he got the AC back on and we thought we were good for the summer...NOT AT ALL! This past Saturday we noticed is was very warm in the house, so we called CR back. They were absolutely no help as all they wanted to do is sell us a new unit. Through a referral we contacted Paco, came out very quick assessed all the damage made all repairs and determined it was all from the fan violently shaking. We appreciate his great work and attention to detail! He really save us from the heat!
