Best Air Conditioning Installation/Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

These guys seem to be as good as advertised in the reviews. Sal was excellent, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend.

David Byrnes is extremely knowledgeable and will provide a thorough and complete evaluation of your current system or of your needs for a new system. Their prices for HVAC units and service are quite reasonable and definitely below the big companies you see advertised on TV, mailings and newspapers. The installation team for the new heat pump I purchased were great. They did a quality job, were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Service rep, tech was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Did a thorough inspection, explained the HVAC system that is installed in the house (just moved in last month and didn’t have any information) and made reasonable recommendations for keeping the system reliable and efficient. Update: I trust Chad and SMW so much I signed up for their maintenance program.No hard upsales which I appreciate. This is the 2nd time I have maintenance performed by SMW.I like that they take pictures and give their honest opinion about the system. And both guys were very professional and friendly and most importantly knew their trade. I highly recommend them.

Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. The owner came out gave us a great price and our new unit was installed Monday by noon!. Talk about fast. We only had to endure one night of heat. Great service wish I could give more than 5 stars! Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet

Mike & Frostic Air are awesome! He came out the same day, overlooked my a/c system to make sure everything was working properly (when I was told by another company that I needed $1400 worth of work). He & his son were friendly, professional & I would highly recommend them for your next a/c service!

Installation of a new unit. Prior unit was 15 years old and struggled to keep home cool. Phx Air scheduled within a few days for replacement and new unit was up and running within 5 hours! Techs were on time and courteous to answer all questions. Evenings in the home now are enjoyable with the even airflow. Cheers ? to another fifteen years with the new unit!

AC wasn't working. Fixed that and found some minor problems with original installation and quickly and easily fixed that also. Now our entire AC system clearly works better. The technician, Rick, is the best.

I am so incredibly fortunate that I was lucky enough to find Prestige Mechanical! I’m new to the west side and had no idea who to call when my AC unit stopped working. Of course it was on a day that it was 112°.
They were gracious enough to get me scheduled on an emergency basis.
The technician that arrived was extremely knowledgeable and I knew immediately that I was dealing with a company that I could trust.
Bottom line is I ended up needing a new unit as the repairs were going to cost more than it was worth. The owner came over and personally evaluated my needs, gave me a quote that afternoon and to my surprise made arrangements to have my new unit installed the following day.
Installation went as scheduled.
They have certainly earned my business and I feel extremely fortunate that they will be maintaining my unit for years to come.
