Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. I had Josh perform a maintenance on my heat pump before summer starts and I’m so glad I did! He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure it was still good. He said the compressors capacitor was way below range and even proved it to me! His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

I came home at dinner time and my house was about 85. The fan was running but cold air was no where to be found. I called after 8pm on a Saturday. Described what I had observed. He came out and fixed my AC in about 20mins. Friendly, fast, and I figured a late night weekend call would cost much more than what it did. I highly recommend!!

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
