Eddie was awesome. Called him after a couple other companies gave me quotes for condenser fan replacements that were way higher than I expected based on what I could buy parts for and swap it myself and what I searched for average repair cost. His price was within the average repair costs and his service was very good. I really didn't want to do it myself so this was great! I highly recommend!

Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I had Josh perform a maintenance on my heat pump before summer starts and I’m so glad I did! He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure it was still good. He said the compressors capacitor was way below range and even proved it to me! His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

This all started in Jan when heat went out. Took several techs and warranty company saying its velox and couldn't a hold of them to finally getting a new unit in march. Here we are in June the thermostat is set at 77 house is climbing to 82 . Called 2x to request service and no call back at all had to call another hvac co . Who immediately called back and is coming in the morning oh and our system under warranty still. But can't get velox to call back . Customer service is horrible. I thought was warranty company . Now I wonder if it was velox . And the new hvac system is too small for our home! New contactor came out his exact words this is a 3 ton you should have a 5 ton for this region and excessive heat and the size of your home warta that this will cause catastrophic damage to the system I have it in writing .Now in order for it to keep cool we have to water down coils on new system! My question is why knowing our home is over 2000 sq. Ft why was a 3 ton put in when at min should've been 5 ton. Initially I was happy to have the new system and trusted the techs that put it in. Now here we are with a system too small for our home! And still no call back from velox! So I guess filing complaint with contractor board is going to be our next step and the bbb . I also have a full report from a reputable hvac company who came out and took 1 look and immediately knew system was too small.

Really appreciate them coming out within a hours notice after hours and helping out me and my family. By far the most reasonably priced service in the area and would recommend if you are in need

I had Scott replace two AC units in two different houses in 2018 and have not had an issue since. He had the lowest price and best value. Today, I asked him to look at another house which he did for no charge and again provided me with the best value quote. He does not charge a summer time surcharge like others do (I had one quote 2x his). He and his wife Linda are a family business and they are good people. I would always recommend contacting them.

I have been a client of Bill Warlock for over 5 years, new installation and service. This week at 114 degrees I had trouble with my AC unit and Bill came out the same day for a checkup and diagnostic. Problem solved and I couldn't be happier once again with Bill and the excellent service of his company. A Big 5 stars!

Best company ever!!! I just Love them!!!

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.
