Mark was very knowledgeable, upfront, transparent, and most important on time. He answered all the questions my wife had (and she asked a lot). He gave us multiple options and went over each one very thoroughly so we could decide what fit our budget and what was best ROI for us. Woke up on Sunday morning to a cold house.  I called Best Air, and Guy was at our house within the hour.  Fixed our furnace and thermometer promptly, and explained everything to me.  His prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him!

Jay is legitimate and straight forward. He was very honest and even showed me what he was doing, during the maintenance process. Jay did a full AC inspection and cleaned the AC coils and blower motor. AC is blowing stronger and colder and we are ready for the summer. Jay is not a large company, so this is your guy. What you see is what you get, honesty!! Also since he is not a large company there is not a 2 to 3 week wait on scheduling, at least not yet. Oh yeah and pricing is amazing. Call Dynamic today!

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

We had a leak and the location was not obvious but there was water under the floor. We called and Ethan came out quickly after hours on a holiday weekend and diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He responded right away and did a professional repair. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..

We had a great experience with Carlos and CR custom services. We used them a couple of months ago when our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning. Having used Ace Home Services before, we initially called them. They came out and immediately told us we needed a new unit. Quoted us about 25k, the tech said our AC unit was beyond repair and that was our only option. Carlos came over later that evening and evaluated our unit, within a few minutes he was able to determine what the issue was. He explained that it was certainly not beyond repair and he was able to fix it at minimal cost. Carlos believes In hard work and providing honest services to his customers and that really shows. Will only be using CR moving forward.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
