Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

Lack of communication. Service was scheduled for 12-2pm. I called dispatch at 1:08pm who said tech was still at previous job. I called dispatch again at 2:08pm technician was wrapping up at last job. 2:21pm I received text message that tech was on their way. 2:51pm I see truck pull up, no one comes to my door, 2:56pm I receive text message saying job was done. Tech never even came to my door. Owner contacted me at around 5Pm to take corrective action; scheduled me to have service by end of day. Both owner and technician showed up at 8pm. Repair was done; skills and knowledge of trade is not at question, my AC is now cooling properly.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Great pricing

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.
