Our tech (we always ask for Scott) diagnoses the issues with our units... carefully informs us of his findings and what the 'fix' is... and takes care of the problem or maintenance. Having Scott come by is like having a visit from a good friend a couple of times a year. We love this company and would give them an even higher rating if it were offered.
