When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. They were able to set an appointment for later that day, diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. They were on time, did a quality job, were professional and charged us a fair price. We have used them other times with the same positive experience. We will continue to use and recommend the Appliance Repair Bros.

After talking with APS, I had Green ID come out and do a energy audit along with an in depth review and recap a week later. It was quite compelling to actually see in inefficiencies in my home.
I had them do a complete duct sealing which involves a lot more than I ever thought. They also added a supply and jump duct to one of the rooms that never cooled well. After completion, Green ID mgmt. came out to inspect all work performed. I'm convinced that my residence is much more energy efficient now along with obviously less dust in the home.
The entire staff was extremely thorough, polite, and clean. These people really know what their doing. I would highly recommend David and his entire team.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

If you want an honest, down to earth ac guy Brett is your man. I had Goettl come out to do a routine check before summer and they informed me I need over $1400 worth of equipment replaced and cleaned. I called Brett to have a look and he assured me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will never call another AC company again other than Brett the Arizona A/C Man.

Haven’t actually had their service because I’m still waiting! Was told my appointment was between 8:00- 12:00 then they sent an email that said it was changed to 1:00. I called to verify they would be at my house at 1:00. (There’s 2 85 year old people in my home and it’s 105 outside.) I was told by the lady on the phone that they would be there between 1-5! The email said 1:00, and you should contact the customer by phone if there’s a change in time, not email them. I would chose to cancel the appointment rather then wait all day in the heat!
