Best Hvac Issues in Phoenix AZ

A friend recommended this company and said she had used them for many years. I called at 12:30 pm and Kelly was very kind and so calm even though I was very nervous. I've heard so many awful stories about wait times, etc. Kelly had Dave at my place very quickly. Dave was very nice and professional. He had the part with him and fixed the unit and it was blowing cold at 1:50 pm. I know they probably can't do that every time, but WOW! Now that is outstanding customer service! I'll make sure my friends know who to call in the future. And I won't call anyone else!

Senor Flex was my tech and he did a great good! Their promotion is great.... Its Free! I would use their services again.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

911 is my lifesaver. I had an old ac/ heating unit that no other company wanted to deal with.. Darrell came over and actually gave me some solutions and took on the job. He said it would take some time but he would get it done. Especially during this Covid when every other company told me they were booked up, couldn't get the supplies, didn't deal with my kind of system, or just plain never called me back. Darrell stayed diligent and professional through the whole process. Heck, they practically built me a whole new system! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
