Best Electric Install in Phoenix AZ

I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

We had a minor emergency at our house. My Husband had tried to remove the hose from the faucet in our backyard when the pipe broke and we could not turn the water off.Cody was here within 1/2 hour. He was able to stop the water leak in our yard, replace the faucet and pipe without damaging our house.The price was a bit steep but we were very pleased with the work.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.

These guys are great at giving reasons for why your ac doesn’t work, charge you thousands to fix, and still have ac units not working. Not to mention, they will even go back out to your property, and tell you what’s the next options to solve the problem, charge you more money and guess what? The issue still not working. Lovely people. Makes summer heat so enjoyable.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

I really appreciate the 2 gentleman who came out yesterday to fix my plumbing at my apartment been waiting since February to have it fixed and now it works. Awesome job you 2. You rock!

My breaker was faulty and causing my unit to not have power. I googled an electrician, they were the first to come up so I called to see if they can handle it. Tommy was responsive and sent me his cell phone number right away so I can send him a video of the damage and he can figure out a quote. He did within a few minutes, he shot me a quote of parts and labor and upon agreement he was at my location within less than 20 minutes and repaired the breaker switch. He came in with permission and ensured all appliances were functional. He was personable, fast and my favorite no hassle just down to business. Thanks Tommy

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!
