The office staff got technicians out immediately. The techs were very experienced and made sure they fixed the problem. When they needed to refer us to another company to take care of an issue staff followed up with a call to assure we had been taken care of.

I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. He has excellent communication Skills, kind, honest and very polite . I would recommend Mike to anyone needing air conditioner service of any kind. I give Mike Garcia A+ !

Great service I called ilya on a Sunday i had a problem with my refrigerator it was not getting cold so he came out to my house the same day he gave me all the details about what was going on with it and he gave me a great deal to repair the unit he had the part with him on his truck it's working great now I'm happy that he had fixed it for a great price I would definitely recommend this company Ilya knows his stuff thank you .

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
