I had a plugged shower and a friend gave me the number for 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I called them on the Tuesday before Christmas and was given an appointment time for Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise the technician called in the morning and came about 15 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and had my drain open in a very short time. I really appreciated the promptmess and skill the technician demostrated. I highly recommend the company and would use them again.

The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.

What an outstanding company that also gives back to military and first responders. Our AC went out and Semper Fi was out the next day. When I called the office staff was incredibly nice, empathetic, and personable. I was referred to them from another first responder who uses their services. They showed up on time and called 20 minutes before arriving as they said they would. I knew the day would come When we needed a new AC unit as I have been putting a several hundreds dollars into it every year and the AC was put in by the home builder so it was the cheapest bare minimum unit possible and it was 14 years old. The unit used R22 Freon which isn’t used to produced anymore so it was inevitable. Mark had to break the bad news that my AC was indeed in need of replacement. He first educated us on how AC units work with drawings. Then explained to us what was wrong with our unit. He gave us options of new units with different SEER ratings and costs. By the way our AC unit wasn’t even to the SEER standards of Arizona. We choose a unit and then Mark charged our unit with Freon to keep us cool unit the new unit was installed. They also use Rheem products and I asked why. He said we only use a product that we can stand behind and trust. Mark also had a ultraviolet light installed in the unit to disinfect the air that is pumped into the house as well as a wifi digital thermostat which can be controlled by an app. The office staff kept in touch and it were always pleasant to talk to. The installers came out and installed the unit quickly in my opinion. They were also really nice and informative in explaining the new system. They cleaned up before leaving and we had ice cold AC. Mark came back out to do the drywall work in the garage where the old unit was taken down and new unit installed. It looked better than it did before they came out. They sent out a technician to inspect the installation and ensure the unit was properly functioning and installation was done perfectly (which it was). If you are looking for an AC company I say look no further. Trust me I have experienced a majority of other companies in the valley. They were professional, courteous, thankful, respectful, and everything you could want in an AC company. They are prior military service members and you can tell by the service provided. Give them a call anytime and if you are a first responder or military be sure to mention it and get your 20% discount off your total.
