Rexx and Larvell, both of my technicians, performed a comprehensive assessment of my unit and provided me with a good understanding of how it was working. I admired how detailed they were both. I had a mini-split installed and Preferred Air did a great job. I got several estimates and they were competitive with their price. Maybe more importantly, Daniel Hernandez answered all questions with honesty. Told me what l needed and what l didn’t need (unlike a competitor who wanted to sell things l didn’t need). The were timely with their appointments and left the worksite clean. They answered questions even as they did their work. I highly recommend them and I’m very confident l made the right choice.

My thermostat manual disappeared a couple of years ago and I had messed it up myself. Jessie reset it to my request so I could operate it manually until I can get it reprogrammed at a later date. He was efficient and expedient with the cleaning of my ac/furnace unit.

I set up an appointment to have my A/C serviced before summer. Very pleasant experience with Mr Aguilar and his son. They arrived on time, did what they promised. I was looking for a company that I could trust and do business with in the future. I may have found that company!

Outstanding experience with the install of our a.c.The crew was very helpful in explaining various pointers for maintaining the unit. I went with these technicians over others due to their straightforward approach to everything. Definitely would recommend them.

Installed swamp coolers on both houses and thermostats.
Was delayed by roofers and I appreciate putting up with that.
Putting 5 stars but I should put 4.75 stars as the cooler pumps never got mounted with screws as designed.

Seller, went to check with their trusted source and they stated B3 Refrigeration was correct. That gave our buyer the upper hand. I will be using them from now on

I have used Cooling Men for several years now and I love them. These cooling sheets are perfect for when you're on the go. I use them when I'm traveling, at the gym, or even if I'm just wearing a dress. These are my favorite sheets, because they are soft, comfortable, and most importantly, they really do help keep me cool. I would recommend these cooling sheets to anyone, and I use them every single day.

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

We had a last minute, emergency, at the shop. We called Prestige, and within 5 minutes he was here, diagnosed the problem and within 1 hour we were, once again COOL! Although this was the first time, we had used them, I guarantee they will be our go to guys for any and all further heating and cooling issues.

We had a great experience with Carlos and CR custom services. We used them a couple of months ago when our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning. Having used Ace Home Services before, we initially called them. They came out and immediately told us we needed a new unit. Quoted us about 25k, the tech said our AC unit was beyond repair and that was our only option. Carlos came over later that evening and evaluated our unit, within a few minutes he was able to determine what the issue was. He explained that it was certainly not beyond repair and he was able to fix it at minimal cost. Carlos believes In hard work and providing honest services to his customers and that really shows. Will only be using CR moving forward.
