We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

These guys are awesome. They came in, got right down to work, even stayed late one night, and got the floors replaced and drywall/painting done in 4 days. And they were the most professional, polite and hard-working individuals that I have ever seen in action. I will gladly use them again if I ever have a need for construction work. What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets. The handyman said it looked really bad. I freaked out because it was the last thing that I needed at the time (going through IVF and needed to keep my stress down). I foresaw a nightmare unfolding. By the grace of god, the online mold remediation form I submitted sent us Nathan at ATHR. Though he'd never heard of it, he immediately downloaded WhatsApp (something our property manager still hasn't done) and he communicated what needed to be done and when, and then called me first thing in the morning every day Arizona time to give us an update. He helped us navigate the insurance system. He worked seamlessly with our renters. He took complete control and handled every detail. I am still shocked at how painless the process was. I have never in my life been so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, knowledge, good-naturedness, and capability that I experienced with Nathan. I can't thank him enough.

Paul and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional...I wish all contractors operated this way. Thankfully there's still people out there who are experts at what they do and also care about helping people more than they care about taking their money. When our upstairs flooding Slate restoration was there within the hour to start the clean up. They were professional, efficient, and communicated through the entire process. Great company!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
