Had the best workers sent out and were able to get the job done as prompt as possible thank you crystal and cece these ladies were sent out to inspect seen the issue and made sure it was done and treated correctly so I would no longer have issues in my home love the professionalism

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! I contacted the Water Mold Fire Restoration about a water damage claim and they came out very quickly. Their staff was all very polite, competent, and professional. They took care to protect the carpets and floors outside of the working areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

Josh, Dan and their team did a repair job on my home including the restoration of our carpet, walls and paint in two rooms, a hallway and two bathrooms. I will say I am happy with the overall quality of the work!

I am admittedly, not an easy person to work for and both Josh and Dan made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. Josh even sent someone to caulk the open grout lines against the walls and vanity even though it was not in the work-scope for our home repair. Hats off to ASAP restoration.

I called EHS because I had water damage and I'm so happy I called them! Austin came out the same day to assess damage and gave me a plan of action so we could avoid mold. I was very happy with the follow up and weekly communication so I knew what was happening at all times. They where always on time and I had a VERY good experience with EHS. I would highly recommend.
