Best Remodel Job in Phoenix AZ

Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. Had my ceiling fall down after a leak in the attic and they came out right away, gave a fair quote, and started work immediately! Such great service and responsiveness. I called Zona Restoration when my house flooded and they we're out at my house in no time. They quickly removed all the water from my house and dried it out for all the replacement of drywall and baseboards that was necessary. They billed my insurance and I had no issues there either. Top notch service, polite and easy to deal with. I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone that has water damage!

This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

We needed to get a home cleaned after a lot of blood was spilled because of an in-home accident. This company came recommended by the local county sheriff’s department, they use them when it’s needed on their end. The customer service was personal, very kind and so helpful. They helped us deal with the insurance company (which we didn’t even know we could approach for reimbursement), got someone there right away and took off our shoulders what was (for us) an incredibly upsetting and foreign experience. And all of this while we were thousands of miles away trying to deal with our injured parent’s stay in the hospital during a severe Covid outbreak. We highly recommend this company.

We had a leak from our upstairs tub late one afternoon. I called the next morning and they arrived within half an hour. They quoted the job, and set up the fan and de-humidifier within the hour. They came back 3 days later, repaired the drywall, textured and painted in the morning. Great job. Repair is awesome - in fact it looks better than it did before. I was really pleased with the work they did. It gave me peace of mind that we have avoided any mold issues.

I hired Mesic Contracting to do a bathroom remodel. They were very responsive and helpful in helping me pick out a new tub, accessories, and paint. The bathroom came out beautiful! I will definitely use them again in the future.
