Best Remodel After A Disaster in Phoenix AZ

After an unexpected flooding of my apartment I was introduced to insult to injury by the Apartment Management as they refused to acknowledge any repairs that might be done on the unit resulting in an argument and my lease being terminated. It was hard to hold back feeling of the amount of loss as Chelsa with Paul Davis Restoration of Central Phoenix, AZ came and presented me with a human, compassionate and a very professional side of this ordeal. I feel more secure with PDR and would recommend them to anyone with this type of devastating occurrence in the future. Thank you!

I had a little mishap and accidentally flooded my upstairs bedroom. It became pretty apparent that I couldn’t manage this by myself. I am so grateful to Phil and his team for all of their help! I used the team for a water leak from the roof. Nate, Shauna and the team were amazing at coming out with in an hour to cleanup the fallen ceiling and the attention to detail was AMAZING. We had Square One builders do some major remodeling to our home in Surprise, Arizona. . We could not be more happy with Square One. Led by Payton Edwards his crew was always on time and beyond polite. Anything we asked them to do they were happy to accommodate us. Any questions we had about the job, no more the time of day Payton would always answer his phone or get back to us in a timely manner. Can not say enough good things about this company and Payton. I would hire them in a minute to do any construction job I might have in the future. Simply tremendous!

We had a very minor leak in our master bathroom toilet flange. Adam's team unnecessarily ripped out all the tile on the floor and walls of our toilet room, when removing one or two 18 inch tiles would have been sufficient. It stunk of insurance fraud. His team also ripped out a replacement flange that another plumber had installed after Adam's guys started their demolition. I brought it to their attention, and they ignored it. It was a $450 flange that they ripped out. Now they are trying to charge me an arbitrary $100 late fee, 5 weeks after their initial bill. I am never dealing with them again.
