ASAP restoration was the first place I called when I noticed water coming through our ceiling in the bathroom. Sure enough they were the only call I needed to make! They came out immediately and addressed the roof as well as set us up with an industrial dehumidifier to help keep away mold and bacteria. Then through great communication they were able to get me a quick estimate and detail exactly what they would do to alleviate the issue. The work they do is second to none! Couldn’t be more satisfied! The owner, Josh, is easy to work with and really cared about getting the job done quickly and expertly! I had an unexpected flood and chose ACR from my State Farm list of construction companies to finish out the construction work. A team of two brothers came out for most of the work - Beau and his brother (cannot remember name) were so respective of my time and property-and were very particular about their work. Impeccable work and very kind.
When the construction was done - the company moved back the heavy furniture, moved in order to re-carpet and paint. Rapheal and Patrick wore little booties, not to make mess on my tile flooring or carpet. They rehooked my washer and dryer - and tested both - found a leak in hose on washer - and took the time to go to homedepot and get the part and replace this part on my washer. Again showing detailed work and respected my home and myself with respect.

This is the first time I've ever written a review but these guys were awesome. We had significant water damage in the home and were pretty stressed out about it. They showed up less than an hour after we called and cleaned everything out. Moved all of our stuff blocking the damage and then put it back just like before without a single scratch. Super easy to work with, very professional, fair on pricing and did a fantastic job - can't recommend them enough

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
