Lotus Restoration Services was recommended to me from a very reputable contractor, Saddlewood Contracting, for a kitchen mold remediation service for my Buyer. The Seller and I both spoke with Jill and she did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of before our closing. Jill worked with the Sellers to fit it into their financial situation and was genuinely caring and professional to all of us. She answered all our questions, multiple times, and made sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. Even after the closing and my Buyer had questions, she sent a crew out to her home for no charge to make sure we were taken care of and put us at ease. I can’t say enough great things about them and recommend them highly!

Top notch service. Submitted through home owners insurance. The job was completed satisfactorily & in a timely manner . Had hole coming in through ceiling of front door entrance in addition to asbestos. I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
