Best Frozen / Burst Pipes in Phoenix AZ

We had a flooding issue caused by a faulty AC/heat pump unit installation and Rocky Mountain Restoration was on-site within the hour of the call from the plumber on a Friday evening. They checked in on the property daily and, frankly, I have not seen a level of service like this in a long time! The issue, unfortunately, repeated itself and they were again quick to the rescue on a following Saturday night. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and all-in-all absolutely awesome!

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

Amazing company with incredible customer service!! Let’s face it, NOBODY wants to have to call a restoration company, but if you have to, call 911 Restoration! They were at our flooded townhouse within an hour of calling them. They were professional and easy to work with and did a fantastic job restoring our property. Highly recommend this company!

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.
