He satisfactorily answered all of my questions. He Will call tonight to let me know the time of next step since he didn't have that info. The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything. Thank for no stress with an unfavorable task for us.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I used the team for a water leak from the roof. Nate, Shauna and the team were amazing at coming out with in an hour to cleanup the fallen ceiling and the attention to detail was AMAZING. Let me start by saying Adam and his team are incredible. I own a property management company where we manage about 125 properties. When you manage properties there's always something eventful happening in at least one of them. This week we had a property with what ended up being a slab leak. I had a contractor at the property earlier in the day and a slab leak was suspected. Further diagnostics were on the schedule to be done the next day. Around 10pm The Tenant called me after finding the bedroom and Garage soaked with water. Reluctant to call my usual restoration company because of some questionable practices lately, I reached out my contractor who was at the property earlier that day. He recommended Adam without hesitation so I gave him a shot. Not only did Adam answer the phone at 10:30pm, but he was at the property within the hour, found the area of the leak and began the drying process. He kept both myself and my contractor posted on his findings until he finally left the property around 2am. This included text messages and emails with photos of the property condition and approximate leak location. He has followed up With me everyday since just to see if I needed anything and how the repair was progresssing. Finding an honest, reliable, thorough restoration company is no easy task. We've been through more than our fair share of them. I can honestly say this has hands down been the best experience I've ever had with restoration company.
