I have had the best experience with this company. I had been living in my apartment for only 2 1/2 months and I became very ill. I noticed a mildew smell coming in badly, and I called ASAP restoration and was given advice of what to do and useful information. ASAP restoration had referred me to a company to come out and do mold testing within 24hrs. Come to find out there had been mold in the walls and was not properly fixed from previous water damage. I am so thankful to have made that call when I did, it was inhabitable environment to continue to live in with myself and children. I am definitely going to keep them for future reference and will recommend them to anyone in need! Ended up paying more than was quoted for use of roto vac in “high traffic” areas. Didn’t make a difference. Carpets in closets weren’t cleaned. Ultimately not worth the price. They left the carpets soaked, didn’t even apply fans to help dry faster. Took a whole day and a half to dry. Take your business elsewhere. I did not book the appointment, but as you can see by the invoice, I was definitely a customer.
