We were strung along for 3 months with very little to no communication. We were lied to about a permit delay (was never actually requested). They sent paperwork asking for payment because admin thought the project was almost complete and work still hasn't been started. Today we received a call that the foreman quit awhile ago and they can't do the work. They blamed COVID, but COVID doesn't mean you can't be honest and return a phone call. Zero follow through, zero transparency- many unreturned calls and not one minute of work on the house.

Was here to work the removal with and he spoke to me and explained further the job. Jakob and Tyler and this team was so impressive and really helped me to remain calm during a very stressful time. LOOK NO FURTHER... ZONA RESTORATION IS THE BEST!!! Coming home to a house filled with water causing damage to all of my belongings was just about the most stressful situation I could have gone through. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Zona Restoration, who came out right away, to start extracting water and removing all of the damaged materials. On top of all this, I also had mold damage in multiple areas that they helped remove and had a post clearance mold test performed so I knew my home was safe. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
