It is rarely or almost never that we post reviews on a public website. However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home! We were able to move into our new home due to their assistance. The attic was inspected, the ventilation was improved, and the attic was treated. Our mold problem has been resolved. They were also punctual, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

This is the only contractor you need for your water damage/remediation issues. They were referred to me by the general contractor. These guys called me back the same day I was referred to them; they showed up when they were supposed to; started & completed the work exactly as scheduled. I also received periodic updates from the owner. The containment areas they had to set up were above & beyond what I was expecting. The project was also a little bit more involved as the areas to be worked on were in excess of 18 from the floor. Needless to say I am more than pleased w/ the final outcome & the timeliness of the work. If I could give them a higher rating I would. As an FYI I am not related to the contractor nor have any affiliation w/ them whatsoever.

Would absolutely recommend Zona Restoration. From the moment Ed Middleton arrived at my home for the mitigation and demo I felt in good hands. He was thorough, educational and helpful to assist in understanding the process. Plus, he was diligent to keep my home as dust free as possible by placing plastic etc during the demo and cleaning up after. In addition, he was open to answering questions and accommodating with my schedule.

Great company to work with. They were fast, had great pricing and did perfect work. They really went above any beyond. I will use them again and would highly recommend them!
