We had a slab leak that led to removal of our island. Jacob anwered and came out quick to answer any questions and see what needed to be done. Charles and his crew came out to remove our island and were super informative and knowledgeable about the process since we had to go thru home insurance. They were super friendly, helpful, courteous and left my house cleaner than when they started. We chose them based on their reviews and we are so happy we chose them. No one wants to discover a leak but if you do, this team is awesome!!

Jose came to repair a spot in our room that had water damage. He did amazing work and was so thorough with everything! He ended having to paint our entire ceiling and did a great job. Jose was so kind and professional, we would definitely have him back if we ever need more work done. Thank you Jose!

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. Very happy with my experience with integrity. They are very nice and professional and did a great job. I was super impressed how they cleaned and wiped everything down when unpacking. I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
