ATH Restoration is by far the best construction company in AZ. We initially contacted them to remove the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Nathan, Stacie, Jason and their crews are very professional. Jason really took care of us and got the job done on time. We had them paint the entire condo, add a water line to the refrigerator, and install LVT in the bedrooms and other minor jobs. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will be in touch in the near future as we will need additional work. I highly recommend them.

I have had a previous estimate done by another company and was very put off by their lack of people skills and disheveled appearance. This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

We had to use servpro for a flood we had in our house in san tan valley. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. They helped us communicate back and forth with our insurance which was really helpful. Our insurance adjuster was pretty good, but because they never really had a chance to visit the property so there were some issues they weren't really understanding and Paul and Cary helped us get the adjuster to understand why some flooring issues needed to be covered even though they originally trying to not cover them.
