During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. Lucus, Matt, Julie, Yarida are welcome back in my home any time. I would definitely recommend and won't call anyone else if there's ever a next time.

At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

If I had the ability to pay a bit more to have these guys do this project I wouldn’t even hesitate. We were so impressed with them! My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Russ did a fantastic job cleaning both the carpet and tile on our first floor condo. The tile looks cleaner than I've ever seen it, and all of the dirt and daily grime is gone from the carpet. Drying time was quick as well, these people really know what their doing. We'll be contacting them again next year for our yearly cleaning. Thank you Russ for the great work.Update 11/18/2016: Dan came and did the carpet in my living and dining rooms, as well as the main entry hallway, and the kitchen tile. As always, our carpet looked fantastic when the job was complete. Our carpet looked like new, and when I wipe us a mess from the kitchen floor, the rag doesn't turn brown with dirt and grime. Everything looks amazing, and I look forward to employing their services in the spring. Thank you Dan and PCR&C for the great work again.

What a great crew, So prompt and professional . We had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night ,husband woke up to walking in water . Called Servpro at about 4:30 am and YES someone answered the phone. She said she would let me know in about a half an hour when her crew would be here. Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

The need for a water restoration company comes at a time of vulnerability and weakness for a homeowner. ServPro does not realize this and shows absolutely no empathy or decency when working with homeowners like myself. The crew chiefs were very nice, but every time I called the main office, I was met with an I'm not sure or I don't know to the majority of questions asked. I don't recall the gentlemen's name, but he was very rude and acted like he didn't care one bit about my house, the damage, or my satisfaction. They installed 16 air movers/fans and told me it would be 3-5 days. We lived in the house with the constant noise for more than 9 days and they were in no rush to remove them, milking the insurance company day after day. The reconstruction team wanted to rip out my entire, newly remodeled kitchen to remove the flooring underneath, but the company we hired instead (Sunshine Restoration) removed the flooring without touching my kitchen. They also took 3 rugs to be cleaned on November 7, but didn't drop them off at the cleaners until November 30! The receptionist Kathy was always very disinterested and everyone was always unavailable right now. Absolutely atrocious customer service and business operations.

Came out to assess on holiday. The work EHS did directly was top notch. A few issues surfaced with some of the subcontractors that they used, but EHS worked to fix those and I was overall satisfied with outcome.
