Best Residential Project in Phoenix AZ

Worst place ever. Do not bother with them. They don't return phone calls. Did not even show up for the appointment. Not going to call them back again. What's the point? Seriously!

All I can say is if you're looking for a decent company to take care of some fire damage cleanup then give these guys a shot. It was a real pleasure having true professionals work for me.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

My parents had a big house fire the other day and our insurance agent (my brother in law) asked for them because he saw how well they worked on other homes. Well, i am so glad he asked for Kowalski construction. They did it all. From board up, to photos and videos, to help my parents get a beautiful home in the end. After a house fire, no one knows what to do or what's going to happen. These guys (especially Riley) have been nothing but the most professional, courteous, and helpful of all after the fire. They calmed my parents down, talked them through it, and gave them hope. What more can you ask for after something so big happens?!? You made it a lot easier for us to get through this.

I'll post before and after photos, but we have a long road in front of us and so glad you are the ones with us!!! Update- we are done. We have had some issues along the way but it was expected. We only have 1 big problem and we are working it out. The back yard was left unfinished even through it was in the initial paperwork to have Kowalski's do it. I won't go into detail until we see the resolution.

Titan responded quickly when our building flooded. They had multiple trucks on site within 90 minutes. The process of recovery from a flood is long and at times emotionally draining. Titan walked us through the entire process, step by step. They worked well with our Insurance Company and helped us through that process as well. All of the trades that they brought in were professional and provided high quality work. Terry Shipman was our project manager and he did a great job of keeping all of us informed and monitored every step of the process. We are grateful for Terry and all the folks at Titan and their partners for walking alongside us in this. Thank you!

Extremely professional smooth communication and went out of there way to get the situation taken care of

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
