They came out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to start getting everything dried out. Reconstruction started on Tuesday and was done within a week. They were easy to work with and did a great job getting everything back as good as new!

1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. I would really rank them as a 10 (STARS)!

This company did an OUTSTANDING job!!! They are such a blessing and they helped me when I didnt understand what the next step was that I needed to take. The owners walked me through what happened with the flooding in my house, what needed to happen and what the ending results would be. I also love that they did the same estimation as the insurance company and they made sure everything that I needed was covered. I appreciate the staff that they have working at the company who are trustworthy and honest. It was a great relief being able to go to work and know my house was in great hands. The finished results look AMAZONG and I love that the communication with the owners was perfect. I also got an answer when I called and if they missed a call, they called me right back. I do recommend this company for everyone in need of flood relief and instant repairs, they are a blessing.

Do not use Jeff Jackson HR and owner of all care restoration located at peoria location. They mess with my home loan application lender denied my home loan because they wanted to retaliate against there former employee and didn’t want to send a voe. Katherine ely is an awful person how she treats ppl and doesn’t care about what pettiness and holding grudges can cause. I can’t wait to mention the united states department of labor has to say. Service master corporate and nice fat law suit for affecting my life and my children lives. Shame on them for being a grown adults and owning there own service master franchise. They really give Service Master a bad name and reputation

A nearby sewage collapse led to a significant flood on our property. We contacted this firm for mold testing because we were concerned about a mold problem. Their tests had immediate results. We are happy that no mold was discovered.

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

We used this company when we had an insurance claim due to roof damage from a storm.
If I'm going to be honest, when we first started working with them I was not happy, the two they sent to start damage control were increasingly late to appointments- like appointment time is 10am but they show up at 8pm, kind of late. But I called their office and explained what was going on. They apologized profusely and then acted on what they said. Their restoration and construction teams were on time after that.
Communication was great and the work was outstanding, no matter how often we called with questions or concerns (new homeowners dealing with a leaky roof is scary!) they were polite and responsive.
Im confident now that my Ceiling and Roof are solid, they cleaned up both inside and outside before leaving and were polite.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from SquareOne. They were responsive, worked quickly, anticipated things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about and communicated with me and my insurance company very effectively. We recently did a major remodel in our office space and they were extremely easy to work with. They met with us and laid out a reasonable schedule to allow us to continue using our office during the remodel. They moved walls which included relocating electrical switches/outlets, ceiling tiles, doorways, drywall repairs, doors and flooring. Everything was done on schedule and within our budget. They did a great job for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, quality contractor. Andy was a delight to work with.?

We had an amazing experience with Kenny and his crew. Kenny was very attentive and communicated well in all aspects of our remodel. We replaced all flooring, filled in a sunken living room, replaced all doors and windows, as well as all baseboards, remodeled the master bathroom and kitchen and painted the inside and outside of our home, all in three months time. We highly recommend him!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
