I called in because we needed a plumber. This company was referred. We had a scheduled service call for 9am the next morning. At 7pm, AFTER HOURS & KNOWING I COULD NOT FIND SOMEONE TO REPLACE THEM IN TIME....I received a call telling me “so what” we moved you to noon. I was ok with this. My issue was why didn’t you call earlier AND why the attitude...why not at the very least apologize. So I argued back.. I was trying to make a point. She didn’t get it. I told her to have the owner call me. He did. He called the next morning and yelled at me. What a joke. Spend your hard earned money with people that appreciate it and not with folks like this.

called pink plumbing on last friday for my leaking water heater .jason came out within a hour and had me all fixed up in 45 minutes.gave me the price up front and did a great job very nice

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Overcharges and does not stand behind his work. Stay away from this guy. People like him give contractors a bad rep. If you don't believe me, ask him for a quote, then shop around and you will find he charges 70-80% more. Low standards all around. Sorry for the people that work under him.

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

Had these guys out twice and both times the work was done quickly and under budget. Both men that I had contact with were very knowledgeable and courteous and willing to work until the job was done right.

Larry is the only plumber we will call. Like his sign says, he's clean, courteous and competent. He has helped us out with several projects over the years, the latest being a new hot water tank. There's a feeling of comfort when you call Larry because you know no matter what the plumbing issue, the job will be done right and on time by someone. I came by Larry from a recommendation and I highly recommend Larry to my friends and family when they are looking for a plumber.

Dekota was very prompt and deliberate about his work here. Kept me posted on what was going on and got things done in an efficient way.. Won't hesitate to call him next time I have a need.
