UPDATE- I just called again and spoke the the VERY IGNORNANT ‘secretary’ samantha who stated “I don’t know why they told you 7-14 days because it’s actually 4-6 weeks” DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR ENERGY WITH THESE PEOPLE.our water supply in the driveway burst 11/10. we had no running water until thanksgiving (not necessary solely due to excell- it was a combination of them having limited holiday availability and the city waiting for permits). they came the morning of 12/1 to fix the issue and it was resolved before the afternoon. they did dig up part of our driveway and street. the street has since been repaired and repaved but we are STILLLLL waiting for our driveway to be fixed. they told us 7-14 days- it is now 1/6 WAY OVER THAT TIME FRAME. I called and left a message with their answering service and was told I would receive a call back but that was over 2 weeks ago. this is absolutely ridiculous. based on this lack of communication and action I would NEVER recommend them.

I was referred to Excel by another company for a sewer line repair. Excel gave me a fair price and got me on the schedule quickly. They were able to quickly secure the permits with the township. They also did an excellent job with the sidewalk repair. The office staff was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Would definitely do business again.

It was a long term, complex problem they solved. They used a camera to locate the problem, installed a new drain, fresh air inlet and rerouting the soil line to bypass the bad section without making the job bigger out of it, than it needed to be. A rare combination of honesty and skill.

Matt, came out to our business and was most persistent in understanding and solving the problem of our blocked pipes. He had the right tools and new exactly what to do. This is the first time I used EXCEL and will no doubt call them again to solve any of our plumbing problems. Great work, Matt!

Our kitchen faucet wasn't working and needed to be replaced, I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. No one showed up. I called twice to let them know that still no one was here, both times I was told they said would look into it and have someone call me.One of the technicians finally called me and said that everybody was all caught up in doing something else today and basically no one was coming for my scheduled work. He said he could come first thing tomorrow morning, he would double check the schedule and get back to me, I still have yet to hear from him or anybody and it's now 8:30pm.Completely unacceptable.

As i see all the negative reviews i will not be doing business with this company because its in my best interest not to . i seen there van as i was going to work and someone was going in it and i needed something fixed in my home but after reading all the reviews which most of them is unsatisfactory which outweigh the good ones . so thanks to the people who have given reviews because i would have never known

Did the job but still has not come to finish it up. Finally finished but sloppy.

The Secretary is very rude, she doesn’t call you back to confirm your scheduled time. She Argues with you on the phone then hangs up on you.They do not guarantee their work when something goes wrong. The staff that came out to our office is not knowledgeable when asked a question they said call the office and ask for the owner. He will be able to answer all your questions. The secretary told me numerous times that they would charge us a service fee because we were further away than their normal customers. Mind you we are located in Newtown. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you go with this company they will Disrespect You and take advantage of you. The job will job WILL NOT be completed correctly!!!!

Couldn’t be more disappointed with these guys. Came to our facility to fix our hot water heater and literally the day after, broke again. We called them to address the issue and they’re response was to call an electrician. Thank You for completely wasting our time and money. Never again will we work with You

I had awesome service with these guys. I highly recommend their services anyone with plumbing needs. The owner Brian and his techs are professional and responsive and I trust their work. They just cleaned my flooded basement and fix the plumbing. Quick, professional estimates.

Great experience! The guys were very professional. They put drop cloths down on the rugs to go in and out of my house. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

One of their workers, Fran Peters, who was recommended, took my Cash did not give me a receipt or any camera film that was promised. Made me believe that the work would get handled... call the company, owners nothing was done about the situation... theivies and liars that all I got... do not trust them.......

Horrible experience. Very easy to get in touch with for service but Very Difficult to deal with after they blew our fuse and refused to assist in any way. Would not recommend this company

My central A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave found out we needed a new one called and they were right out and put in a new unit we were so happy with these guys. I won't use anyone else I trust these guys.

This business picks up the phone.I called in the morning becuase my tenant water heater went bad and need it replaced right away,they came right out for a estimate and by the afternoon the same day it was done and competive price.I would do business again with this company.
