I am a general contractor, and I have used Solace on about 30 or so projects. They will get it done right, in the rare instance where we think something should be different, they are responsive and always ensure we are pleased and my customers are HAPPY. Companies are good when they handle things while everything is flowing smoothly. These guys are great with how they handle the less smooth projects as well. 10/10 recommend.

They installed an entire bathroom for us in what was previously a storage space. They installed all fixtures/fans and re-routed the plumbing to accommodate the new space. They even added spot shut off valves for our convenience that was above the original scope of work. We plan to utilize them on future projects. Got it done quickly and within stated timeline.

Rob and his assistance worked super hard to get our kitchen sink in plunged had a bathroom sink that was installed improperly by Trail Boss. They repaired the sink works perfectly like it should. We had remodel the bathroom down stairs was able to complete everything but hooking up the drain under the sink. Everything was fixed or repaired in a timely manner. These guys are just what their name says PROFESSIONALS. I would no hesitate to call on them again for any Pluming or heating needs. Rob and his assistant ROCK. Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Reliable Rooter was at our home earlier today. We spent $300 for various plumbing needs including the installation of a new dishwasher and a bathroom faucet. The faucet was extremely loose and jiggled when you turned the water on. I was told, “they’re all like that now, and everyone hates it.”
The dishwasher felt like it was going to fall out. They didn’t anchor it, level it to make it stable or install the new hose sitting right on the counter. A different plumber came back this evening and fixed both issues. What a waste of money.

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!

Very satisfied!! They came in a pinch! Super friendly honest plumbers that will make sure the job gets done. Most 24 hour dudes are crooks but these guys are super reasonable. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
