Vinh Tran was our technician. He took time to explain what he was doing. We have a 2 stage unit and he discovered that the thermostat was not programmed correctly. So, he programmed it so our unit would use both stages. We really appreciate that. He also switched the direction the grill opens so the return air would flow more smoothly and more quietly.
