We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

Had a very positive experience with Fuse Appliance Repair I wanted to share. I will definitely be calling them for any sort of repairs in the future. The technician who came out had quite an issue to solve. I had a clothes dryer vent to the outside that had never been cleaned out and it was packed with lint and was a good 15 feet long. He stuck with it and wasn't happy until every last piece of link was out. I didn't realize how many house fires happen because of not cleaning this vent out, now I can run my dryer confidently knowing it is totally clean.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

My homeowners insurance assigned them to me. They didn't return my calls. The insurance company had to call them and was finally able to set up an appointment and then they didn't show up. I had to take the day off to wait around for them and now I have to figure out how to take another day off when the new plumber comes. Hope you have better luck with this worthless business.
