Service Technician Samuel Rodriguez. is a great representative of Max Mechanical AC Repair & Heating. He answer all of my question and took care to put on blue shoe coverings when coming in and out of my home. I told him what my problem was and knew what to do. Took care of my A/C unit, gave me some advice on what to do to keep my warranty valid and made a call to the office to make sure that I was covered under the previous company warranty. It is very rare that a different company will honor the warranty and work of another, but Max Mechanical got the job done. I will spend my hard earned money with them anytime. Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

He want it $1600 dollars, so I call the factory that make the air conditioner they told me that It was too much...to get a new thermostat....over price....so they give me another dealer in fort worth...now In waiting on the quote...will keep you posted. I have use this company since they installed my air conditioner but at this time I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ANYMORE!!!!!
