We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

Our experience was beyond great and that is an understatement!!!!!!!! My mom and I wanted a second opinion after having another company coming out and totally taking advantage of us. This other company company told us it was going to be a $2400 job and they were going to bust concrete and tons of other things, not to mention walls have all ready been knocked out. Thankfully, Wes Hart and Tyler Tuttle put our hearts at ease and told us they could do a waaaaaay better job for a much better price without having to do any of what Benjamin Franklin told us. There were NO LIES!!!! Honest, respectable and friendly people. Not to mention, the to guys ended up fixing two other issues we had while they were here. I love this company and would recommend them to ANYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have used Total Care Plumbing a few times and have always had a good experience. I wanted to take the time to write this review now because we were on the verge of a plumbing nightmare but the day was saved by Total Care! Our toilets weren't flushing and tubs weren't draining, and because it happened on the weekend we called another company with weekend dispatch who ended up quoting us $13,000 for total pipe replacement because they said our pipes collapsed. As soon as we could we called Total Care, he was out here the very next morning, and told us our pipes were totally fine and was able to remove a huge clog that was backing everything up and saved us quite literally thousands of dollars. This is someone you can trust who is not going to scam you, but instead be honest with you and charge the rate that is necessary for the work he does. Can't thank you enough & we will recommend everyone to this company from now on!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
