I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things. They sent pics of their work, commercial plumber said it was correct, everything is working again....sooo happy with this company!! Thank you! May hire them for my add on 😉

Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. We recently contacted KMP when we had an issue with a busted hose bib. I called KMP and within an hour our service technician was already here. Our technician had great customer service and the entire team was helpful from start to finish. We were so thankful we discovered KMP and will never use another company again for our plumbing and hvac needs!!

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

David and Andres were very professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time! We have had a different plumbing company out before and they temporarily were able to fix the issue but weren't able to provide any feedback on how to create a long-term solution. David was helpful in creating a possible solution for us. I will be using Roto Rooter again and highly recommend this company to others.

Amazing service. KO Plumbing rushed around on a Sunday when we had a major leak. Explained and showed us exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Worked continuously in very wet and muddy conditions until the job was done. Extremely satisfied and will always choose KO Plumbing.

TerryDon was very thorough with his diagnostic and found out where’s the source of the water leak from the water meter. Saved us a lot of money for repairs which the City of Fort Worth Is responsible for. He’s also honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!
