Best Unclog A Sewer in Arlington TX

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. Thank You Chris Rodriguez for your honesty! That goes a long way and very hard to find!

Nice guy and listened when I had questions.

They were amazing. The gentleman explained in detail what was happening as well what was the issue.

Although a little late Dillon and his partner was very professional. I would give them five stars but I had to ask them to wear a mask and foot covering.

Michael & Shelly have become somewhat family with the number of times I’ve used them! I can’t express how amazing this duo is and how caring, professional, and communicative they are. Brian, one of their team members is equally awesome! Do happy I have found a trusting professional to take care of my home repairs and plumbing needs!

Bobby has been to our place 3-4 times for our home renovations and he’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time to give the dog a good petting while he’s here.

This is the second time I used Don the Plumber. My first review is below. This time he repaired a shower and installed a toilet. My wife works at night and sleeps during the day, and they had to come through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. They were in and out several times and managed not to wake her up at all. The work is excellent. He pointed out a potential problem with my sewer which he said would need attention eventually. His manner is professional and friendly, and his prices are reasonable. I'll be using him again.

After comparing prices and availability in my area, I chose Don The Plumber. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone (who I assume is his wife, but not sure). She was both professional and helpful, and guided me through what to do so that Don wouldn't have to come out on a diagnostic visit prior to doing the work. My finances were tight and I could only afford so much. There was a valve he wanted to install which pushed the cost over what I could pay by about $200. So Don checked with the city to be sure it wasn't a requirement (professional guy) and then agreed not to install it. He and a helper came out two days after we agreed he would do the work (others had said one to two months). They showed up at the scheduled date & time, explained what they would do before they started, and then worked quietly for about an hour to remove my defunct water heater and replace it.
I'm planning to use Don again for some other plumbing issues I have. Would I recommend him? You betcha.
