Christian @ Accurate Leak worked us in when they had a two week lead time for a hot water slab leak. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous, could not be happier with their work. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. Leaks are not fun but these guys made it bearable for us.

Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

Roto-Rooter had great and fast service. We were able to get same-day service for an urgent issue and they took great care of us. In and out, problem solved in less than an hour.

My daughter recommended this company and best service I've had. Amie the dispatcher and Tyler the plumber provided the best customer service and repair. Beyond what we expected. Will recommend them highly to friends and family and are now on my permanent contacts. A TEN!

Fantastic service, I've had them out a few times over the last couple of years. Friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the profession. There's only a handful of people I trust working in my home and they are definitely at the top of the list. I would recommend their services to anyone that wants a dedicated professional plumber.
