Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Your team did a great job of fixing our home water leak as well as replacing the water line from the street to the house. I was pleased with the great level of communication throughout the projects and the attention to making it right for the customer attitudes of all the employees.

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

I had a problem with our toilets not glushing... water coming back into the toilets/tubs in both bathrooms. Wes, David's son, came out on time. He immediately accessed the situation and went ahead and told us the estimate becore any work began. There is not a service charge for them to come out. The price they estimated was reasonable. They also have a 30day warranty that comes with everything.. its included. And wes told us what the problem was and if this was a temporary fix as well what we could do in the long run and how much it would cost. I highly recommend these guys.. they are very trustworthy.

Came out to check a water leak. Josh B was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. But I could tell his manager was pressuring him to pressure me into something I didn’t want to do. I kept saying I would need to think about it because it was $4000.00 worth of work. I would be careful if you call them out.
