They were recommended by a plumbing wholesaler, very responsive arranging timing and getting water heater. The installation was professional - all new connecting pipes. Price was almost half of what I was quoted by another plumbing company. I highly recommend them.

Ray was professional and knowledge. He sat with us and explained all of our options. He even went back to the office to get a window unit for us to use until our system was fixed. Jesse and David replaced our unit and added two extra vents in an area that was almost impossible to access.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. We can always count on Diel for quick and reliable service. We left a message on the office machine today (Saturday) advising our heater wasn’t working. We advised it was not a rush and asked for an appointment within the week. Diel called within hours and personally stopped by to resolve the issue. Our heater is back up and running! The team was excellent. Fantastic customer service. They came out on New Year’s Eve to make the repair. Walked me through everything in case the Atmos tech didn’t arrive before they left. I had paid them and they were fixing to leave when the Atmos tech showed up. They then came back inside to relight all of the appliances and make sure everything thing was working properly. They could have easily just driven off and left me to do everything but they didn’t.
