Herbert is always professional and respectful and willing to listen to questions and provide relevant information. Unfortunately it has not always been my experience with the rest of the staff.

The service was quick, Collin arrived earlier than anticipated which was good and was able to take care of the HVAC issue. Paid around 1000 for fixing capacitor and contactor

These guys were awesome. The repair guy reviewed all our options and helped us conclude that it was time to replace the AC system. The AC install guys were professional, friendly, answered all my stupid questions and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Great job Big Bear!
