The repairs being are costly and time consuming, but Donald and KMP have been great. I highly recommend them.No one likes to have major water leak issues, but I am very pleased with the KMP crew. Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
