We called to complain about a work truck lady was very nice said we got the call and would fix the issue 4 hours later at 930pm we had a lady call our phone telling us they would park the truck where ever they want and nothing we can do about it so the company gave out our number and let the person call and threaten us

I called Mades Plumbing to come out and give a free estimate on my companies plumbing issues. They came out same day and provided their quote and then came the following week to do the work! They were very professional and nice, and did great work! They cleaned and fixed all our issues in the office and in the warehouse! I am giving this business 5+ stars because of what they didn’t do! There was a terrible smell coming from one of our toilets. I called them and they promptly scheduled a technician to come out. He arrived on time and told me that it was probably the wax ring needed to be replaced and quoted me a price. When I told him that I was very DIY and would replace it myself. He thanked me for calling. THEN said there wasn’t a service call fee!!! In his words, “if we don’t fix something, we don’t charge you. “. I will certainly call this company back if I ever need a plumber again.
