First off, I have been with this company for 4 years now. They originally installed my HVAC when I first moved to Arlington and have been servicing since. Always professional and doing great work, yearly. This most recent time I was doing a seasonal maintenance job and Oscar was my technician. He was courteous and very professional. He informed me about damage to my unit and as well as offered a great improvement item to my HVAC since there was some growth inside my system. He came back the next day and installed the new UV system that he recommended to help with the growth as well as the connector outside that was original to the house 30 years ago😅😅.The only thing I'm sad about was it wasn't until now that I was offered a membership that I didn't know existed until Oscar asked. Make sure that all your technicians are like Oscar to let us have the decision to join or not! I joined immediately and it was very inexpensive. Thanks Oscar!
