Best New Construction Plumbing in Arlington TX
Edit 12/6/21:Since my original review, our brand new, $17,000 system has failed again. The technicians that came out were thorough and worked as quickly as possible, and very late even. Eric and Miguel were great and very helpful. Because of the issues with sensitivity of our original system, we opted to return the old unit and have a more simple model installed, which was done quickly as well. We were offered a refund of the difference in cost of the original install and the new unit which we were fine with. Management had been kind and have attempted to be helpful, however, we are very disappointed in the lack of paper trail and ability to view a hard copy of an invoice. After speaking with Andy several times requesting a detailed invoice, he has been unable to provide one. All monetary values appear as arbitrary costs typed out in an email. We want to trust Max AC, but with all of the issues we have experienced, we want documentation. We do take responsibility for not requesting a more detailed paper trail along the way, but would think such a large, highly rated company would be able to provide a visual statement of charges for us so we can see exactly what we’re paying such a huge amount for. How do we know the difference in cost of the old unit and newly installed unit is accurate? I was told corporate sets flat rate charges and they cannot provide us with what we ask for. I asked to speak with someone in the corporate office who could help provide me with this information, but Andy has failed to reply to my request. What we are asking for should not be so complicated. Again, the service technicians have all been amazing, but poor communication within management (which I did not go into full detail about here) and lack of business transparency has been troubling.*********We had our entire HVAC (the outdoor compressor and indoor air handler, plenum, etc.) and air duct system replaced. It was a huge job. We had lots of questions, but after discussing all the pros and cons of partial replacement/cleaning vs total replacement, we opted to have everything done. We were able to take advantage of a really great, no interest financing option, and luckily, they were able to schedule the work to be done ASAP - right before the winter storms. From the beginning, we met with Jeff, and he has been amazing through the entire process. He has given us 5 stars+ quality work and professionalism. However, my reason for only giving three stars is because of the poor quality of work we received from the installers, their disrespect for our home, and rough handling of our newly purchased (and very expensive) system. They severely damaged the door frame of our air handler unit closet when trying to forcefully install it, put a very large hole in our bedroom ceiling, and did not complete the air duct installation or install the air filtration/purification system to standard. They also left the ceiling in the closet completely open to the attic, and stated it was normal for it to be done this way. Which is not the truth. They did a very sloppy job. Anthony, one of the installers, did provide us with professional, quality work while he worked with the rest of his team. Max AC has hired (and is paying) a third party contractor they work with to complete the ceiling and closet repairs.Since the initial installation, Jeff has come to run diagnostics on our system, correct the installation of the air purifying/filtration system, balance the system, and a few other jobs related to the new system installation. We trust that he is experienced, knowledgable, and able to provide the highest quality service. Definitely an asset to the company. We will continue to use Max AC's services, and luckily should not need the service of their installers moving forward. I believe they have great technicians who do provide great service, but the professionalism and expertise of their installers is severely lacking.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

The workers were an hour and thirty minutes past the window, but they did a good job installing the toilets.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

H&H scheduled the technician to arrive the same day. He called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He provided fast and friendly service. He listened to our description of the problem, a sewer clog, and quickly cleared the line. The office staff was very friendly on the phone. I highly reccomend H&H for all your plumbing needs.

We have used Nikki’s Plumbing for years. They are always responsive and honest! They never try to upsell you for things you don’t need. They come in and do the job well at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend them any more highly. They are awesome!
