Best New Construction in Arlington TX

From set up to having my appointment it was seamless, Technician called me when he was half an hour out and was right on time, they provided me with multiple solutions to my tankless hot water needs. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

The first plumbing company that was sent out to my home was through a home warranty company. They came 3 times and could not find or fix my problem. My sister recommended KMP Plumbing and Kevin figured out my problem within 30 minutes and had my slab leak fixed within 4 hours. Kevin and Patrick were great. Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

NIKKI to the rescue. Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! KMP Installed a York Mini Split in our sunroom. They recommended the right unit for our room and then their talented, courteous and professional team did the rest.
