Very dishonest people. I do not recommend them at all.They will tell you. Truck charge and inspection is free and once estimate is given is when you do have to pay. What they did not tell me is that if they go up on a ladder they will then charge you $200Very dishonest people and technician as if that is the catch for this company

I called on Wednesday book an appointment for that eve 4 to 8. At 430 You called back and changes app to thursday 8 to 10. I called at 1030 finally here at 11. It was too cold to workU could tell he did t want to be here. Don't think his snake line was long enough. Told me when he comes back it would be 700 to 800 to power wash my line. But he poked a hole in it for now.Merry Christmas

These guys came out same day and got us taken care of in a few hours! We were without water with kids in the house and they had to dig through limestone to find the leak. Found and fixed the leak in a couple of hours. Will definitely call them again next time we meed plumbing help!

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.
