DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HIRE INEXPERIENCED AND UNDERQUALIFIED TECHNICIANS AND WON'T HONOR ANY QUOTE GIVEN BY FORMER EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL FIND AN ISSUE WITH ANY QUOTE GIVEN, THEY WILL DOUBLE, EVEN QUADRUPLE THE PRICE.We have called this company to clear our main sewer line from the house. In doing so, once the main line was unclogged and looked at with a camera, we were informed by Austin (a now former employee) that the sewer line was busted in the yard and this would need to be repaired. He provided us a quote for $1200. At the time, we couldn't have it fixed, but did let him know that we would call as soon as we could.Our main sewer backed up again a few months later, so we had another technician by the name of Reuben (who is now another former employee) come out to clear the clog. He decided to go in with the camera because it was included in the price of the service. He went further down the main line and found that there was in fact two breaks in the main sewer line. One in the yard and one under our driveway. He gave us a new quote to fix the two breaks. Because he found the second break, the quote was more than doubled to approximately $2900.This Monday, I called to make sure they would still honor that quote I received from Reuben to come fix our sewer line. The woman on the phone looked up the quote and told me they would. I told her I was going to secure the money so we could get the main sever line fixed.Coincidentally, after securing the money for the job, our sewer line backed up that night (Monday). We called first thing Tuesday morning to have someone come out to clear the main sewer line and pay for the $2900 job in full.The new technician arrived cleared out the clog, marked up our yard and driveway, makes a call, and left to get a camera. After he returns, he scopes the line again verifies there are 2 breaks then packs up. He goes to the truck and gets on the phone. After several minutes he has me sign papers to get the ball rolling on the job and says the owner/manager Doug will have to come over tomorrow and speak with us as there is a discrepancy in some measurements from the original quote, but not to worry, the company will honor our 2nd quote.We get a call that evening to confirm Doug will be coming to our house Wednesday. That never happens. Instead, Doug sent a young man to hand me an over $11k+ quote. Nothing else was really said, just that he was told to drop this of to us on his way to his other appointment. So, my wife called to speak with Doug. While we waited for him to get on the phone, the lady who picked up the phone was letting him know we were on the line waiting to speak with him. No sooner than he hears that, he begins to become loose in the mouth. Telling the technician, he sent to our house things like, “Well, if they don’t like it, they can go somewhere else.” and other such things. He also went on to say that the underbid quote was the reason he sent someone else out, except no one said anything to us about that.The sad thing is, had he acted like he cared one iota about taking care of his customers or attempted to work something out with us, maybe honoring their mess up, we would have been more than happy to have worked something out with him. The way he handles customer issues is very unprofessional and lackluster, at best. I can see why his employee turnover rate is so high. It was his attitude and unwillingness to acknowledge their screw up that caused him to lose really good customers.

I called two of the most advertised plumbing companies on TV to get an estimate on replacing 3 outdoor hose bibs. They would only give an estimate if a technician came out - $49 for one & $79 for the other. Decided to call Ernie's based on an Angie's List recommendation and not only did they come out to do a free estimate, but Pete was here in less than 1/2 hour. Pete is a very professional plumber who was courteous throughout the process. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and offered several options which worked perfectly. I highly recommend Ernie's as your first call! Thank you for tremendous customer service and for Pete!

I loved our experience with Local Plumbers Grand Prairie TX. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.

OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!) TOTALLY AMAZING HUMAN BEING AND EXCELLENT PLUMBER!!!!! CALL HIM IF YOU WANT RESULTS AND HONESTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M.Aranda has provided us service twice this year. Their staff was quick and courteous when installing our tankless water and correcting what another company didnt do properly. Most recently, I called them back out to repair a toilet valve that was not stopping the water flow. He was done in 20 mins.

Great service and awesome prices!!! I highly recommend.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
