We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

Technician (Plumber) Josh Snyder of KMP Plumbing is a GREAT plumbing technician.I had a shower faucet valve that did not shut off. Yikes! I had water pouring into the shower pan and needed an emergency call-out at 7 PM.KMP dispatch was very understanding and had technician Snyder at my home in an hour. Junior arrived to my home in a timely manner to look at my main sewer line. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and was courteous and professional.

We had two water heaters replaced. We shopped around and interviewed a number of plumbers, even the big name brands. I am so thankful we chose H and H Plumbing! They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it.

We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Plumer 2 trust installed a water heater, 2 faucet, a black water tank and 2 white water tanks; piped all of it, in a new construction, a (concession trailer) for freshly squeezed lemonade. He knew the health department codes that we needed to pass, and we passed with 100%. A JOB WELL DONE!

Terry R., employee#568 came to my house this morning to hook up the water heater vent that was disconnected apparently by roofers when installing the roof on my house. He gave me an estimate before starting the work and explained there was an additional charge for going into the attic or under the house. He explained in detail what he was going to do before starting any work and quoted me a price which I agreed to. He completed the work satisfactorily, did an excellent job, very personable and was on time. I am very pleased and would recommend your company.

While visiting my uncle down in Grand Prairie and in the middle of the night the damn water pipe popped and these guys were the only ones who answered my call. I was very impressed with the quality of work that Scott did while he was at my house. M.Aranda has provided us service twice this year. Their staff was quick and courteous when installing our tankless water and correcting what another company didnt do properly. Most recently, I called them back out to repair a toilet valve that was not stopping the water flow. He was done in 20 mins.
